Information you give us. When you request a quote, on our website or through a lead form in one of our ads, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, and anything you write about your project. If you call us, we see your phone number.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we receive your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and how you arrived (for example the ad, search engine, or link you clicked, including ad click identifiers and campaign tags in the link).

When you submit a lead form (Instant Form) in one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, Meta may prefill fields like your name, email, and phone number from your profile. You can edit them before you submit. Nothing is sent to us until you tap submit.

Once submitted, Meta passes your answers to Smokes Concrete. We use them only to contact you about the project you asked about, the same way we handle a request from our website. Meta's own handling of your data is covered by the Meta Privacy Policy.

• Google Ads and Meta to show our ads, collect lead form responses, and measure which ads lead to a quote request or call.
• Resend to deliver your quote request to our inbox.
